Hi sawhster
I usually use them in a couple of weeks but people say blanched & frozen vegetables last for a couple of months or longer. You just want to make sure you keep them in an air-tight ziploc bag or container. When I use them, I usually just let them thaw naturally. (Carrot flowers are small enough to be thawed naturally.) Or I'll just put them in a bento box frozen, and they'll be thawed when I microwave the bento at work.

Thank you for this how-to. I am trying to build up a good freezer stock and it's the little tricks like this that really help. Thank you again
