Naturally I thought it was food at first LOL When I look at the white fluffy/hairy "fins" all up and down the sea serpent, I think of green onions cut into 2-3 inch lengths, with tiny slices on both ends, then put in ice-cold water to make it curl into an onion flower. Maybe very small green onions could be used on your sea serpent. Super cool! Naturally I thought it was food at first LOL
