I made the green beans with sesame dressing 2 nights ago, and it turned out pretty well. I'm going to try making the teriyaki chicken next. (I still have 16 more days left to figure things out before my friend's birthday.) ^^ I also decided to have a go at making miso soup too, but failed miserably because I realized that I used the wrong kind of miso (sweet white miso). The good thing is, you always do learn from your mistakes! :P Also, I've been scouting Japanese stores that sell bento boxes to see if I can find a similar white bento box that you use, but sadly, no cigar... But if you're worried, you can carefully use tweezers to push the seed into the cheese so it won't fall. Sesame seeds are tiny but you can do it! It's just like playing Operation. ;) Cynthia,
