I didn’t think bento #4 could be called “kyaraben”, so I’m doing two bento today.
Bento #4: Dude (Kick in the Head)

This is a character from my boyfriend’s daily web comic, Dude. He’s a simple line-drawing, with seven hairs.
I already had sidedishes, but I thought it’d be boring to just make Makkurokurosuke with rice like usual, and I came up with this.
He’s holding a quail egg chicken, that’s because “egg-chicken” is the very first character/animal I made with food for him. Seeing him go “awwwwww” looking at the egg-chicken made me want to make more cute bento. =)
So this is like a miniature version of Dude holding the egg-chicken I made. (which is a quail egg chicken)
Dude:
- rice balls with tarako inside, seaweed for his hairs and beard
Chicken:
- quail egg for its body
- fake sausage for its crown, lemon for its beak, seaweed for its eyes
